chalets Na bílé stopě - Krušné hory

Landlord passes the object in person or through an authorised person on the agreed date and specified hour. He gives the keys to the tenants and educates them about the basic use of the chalet upon arrival (electricity price, amenities, service, etc ..)

 4 nights stay or more:

Chalet will be passed with beddings, newly coated beds and generally tidy.
3 nights stay or less:
Chalet will be passed without sheets and blankets, only duvets and pillows – please bring your own sheets and generally tidy.

 The customer is aware that for a valid reservation an agreed deposit must be paid as soon as possible on behalf of the landlord and the rest of the amount must be paid on the spot in cash upon arrival and delivery of keys. 

Lessor receives prearranged deposit (usually 2.500,- CZK) from the purchaser. This deposit will be charged upon departure after deducting the actual power consumption and compensation for damages.
The customer will properly care for the rented property and any resulting damage (during their stay) will be pay in cash upon passing the object to the landlord. Should the client withdraw from the contract, they will be charged a previously agreed cancellation fee.

 If the object is not cleaned as it was passed, the owner reserves the right to charge 250,- CZK for cleaning. The property must be vacated no later than contractually agreed termination of the stay, which is always stated in the contract. At the time of the takeover, a tenant takes over a tidy object from a designated person who will familiarise them with all electrical appliances and their usage. Any damages should be reported immediately when taking over the building.

 When leaving, the meter reading will be drawn so that the energy consumed can be calculated and paid by the tenant at the end of the stay (ussually 100,- CZK – about Eur 4,- a day).

  • Wood is included

  • fees for recreation and spa stay included
  • New Year’s Eve – deposit of 8,000 CZK, other terms – deposit of 2.500,- CZK
What we do not have in the chalet so remember to bring:
  • slippers 
  • towels (there are only 2 towels provided in the chalet)
  • hygiene supplies
What we have in the chalet in limited quantities (no guarantee)
  • basic condiments, salt and sugar
  • oil
  • tea, coffee
Should there be anything you lack, it can be purchased at local stores that are open through a week.
